HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY THORNE DYNASTY JEWELRY?
Most of our jewelry is made from 14 carat gold plated brass so with proper care, your pieces can continue to shine.
How to Wear
Remove your jewelry before coming into contact with any moisture or liquid. Examples of such liquids would be water, lotion, sunscreen, sweat, and perfume. Our plated jewelry is not solid gold so it can fade over time which is normal, the best practice is to put your jewelry on last before going out to ensure the longevity and shine of the plating.
How to Store
When not being worn, store your jewelry in a safe dry place to protect it against any elements exposure.
How to Clean
Use a soft cloth or the pouch provided, to wipe away dirt and preserve its shine.
What should I do if my jewelry tarnishes?
We understand that with time your jewelry can fade and doesn’t have the same shine as it used to. We believe instead of throwing away your Thorne jewelry you should be able to give it a new replate to make it feel and look brand new again.
We’re happy to offer a lifetime guarantee to replate and refurbish your jewelry should it tarnish. We will bring it back to the dynasty and make it feel brand new.

What comes with my order?
Each order comes with a collectable story card specific to the capsule collection purchased. Depending on the item you purchase and the size of the order, each order will come in a branded velvet pouch or a velvet book box (to conceal your treasures on your bookshelf).
Shipping within the US
Within USA, domestic orders are shipped via Priority or First Class with USPS or UPS with tracking provided for a flat fee of $12 and take 3-5 business days.
Outside USA, international orders are shipped via Priority or First Class with USPS or UPS with tracking provided for a flat fee of $25 depending on the country and take 7-14 business days.
Additional import, customs and sales taxes may be added separately at your own cost in accordance with your country or states specific requirements.
Within USA: All orders over $150 will receive free shipping and anything under $150 order will ship for a flat fee of $12.
International: International shipping rate is a flat fee of $25.
Why hasn't my order shipped yet?
Our in-stock ready-to-wear items ship within 2-3 business days. On rare occasions, due to high demand, the hand-processing of orders may take up to 7-10 business days.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email with your tracking number once the order has been processed.
If you are not satisfied with your THORNE order, you can return item(s) within 14 days of arrival for store credit or a full refund. Items must be returned in new condition. We cannot refund shipping charges on returned items.
To request a refund, email your Full name, Order number and Reason for returning to firstname.lastname@example.org and allow up to 3 business days to be contacted with next steps.
How do I redeem my store credit?
You will be emailed a unique code that equals the value of your credit, to be applied and redeemed at checkout on your next order.
